Where TesterBee is better

  • Price. For 12 testers, TesterBee is $14.99 and ClosedTest is $19. If price is your main concern, that is a real difference.
  • More plan sizes. It offers a 25-tester plan. We stop at 20.
  • A clear engagement refund. It states a free retest or refund if Google rejects for tester engagement, on every plan.
  • Included extras. It lists priority support and free retesting in every plan.
  • Stated start time. Its pages say most campaigns start within 6 hours.

Where ClosedTest is different

  • Daily evidence you can see. Every tester checks in each day with a screenshot, and you can open the record. If you want to know what happened on day 6, you can.
  • Pro testers. Larger plans include testers who write detailed notes. See what 1,495 tester assignments show for how engaged our testers are.
  • A report built around Google's form. The final report includes a summary of what your test recorded for the questions Google asks, such as engagement, feedback received and device coverage. The answers are still yours to write. See the production access questionnaire guide.
  • We do not promise approval. Google decides. Our refund is conditional, which means it is narrower than a promise you may find elsewhere.
