About ClosedTest
ClosedTest helps Android developers meet Google Play's closed testing requirement. We coordinate real testers on real devices for the 14 days, and we record what happened each day.
What we do
- We coordinate real Android testers who opt in to your closed test with your link.
- Every tester checks in daily with a screenshot and an optional written note.
- Selected testers, called Pro testers, write detailed notes in the larger plans.
- We replace testers who drop out.
- You receive a final report with findings, device and Android coverage, and a summary of what your test recorded for Google's production access form. See the sample report.
What we do not do
- We do not promise that Google will approve your app. Google makes that decision.
- We never ask for your Play Console password. We only need your opt-in link.
- We are independent and not affiliated with Google.
How it works
- You choose a plan and pay once per app.
- You send your closed testing opt-in link and a few details about your app.
- Testers join and use your app for 14 days, and check in each day.
- You follow the progress on your dashboard, and receive the final report.
